Voices of Conscience

Voices of Conscience is the new social action chorus for Los Angeles. Voices of Conscience is for people who love to sing and who want to express collective activism for social, political, and humanitarian causes. Under the musical direction of Ruth Judkowitz, Voices of Conscience creatively melds ideas, ideals, and ideologies into peaceful protest with four-part harmonies. The repertoire includes songs in English and other languages, addressing social issues such as war and peace, women’s rights, the environment, labor, etc.

September 25, 2015 update: Voices of Conscience resumes rehearsals Monday, Oct. 12, 7:30-9:30 for a special Joe Hill concert November 22, 2015. Those interested in participating please contact us at circle@circlesocal.org.
